Ocean Jasper is really hard to find, especially the varieties with Moore red and brown in them as they come from the root of the stone, deep within the earth. The vein mined in Madagascar has run out which of course drives the price up, This happened occasionally with crystals, then more veins are un covered.. I will always pick some up whenever I see some, as luckily this piece is from an older collector who had some tucked away.  I really loved the blue and golden tones, they are quite unusual.

It is  known as The Atlantis Stone, Ocean Jasper is believed to be linked to the ancient city and to hold mystic knowledge within its structure. This piece has a beautiful solar plexus connection.
