Skeletal quartz is a favourite of mine, as it grows in layers and forms windows into the crystal. You can take your energy into these windows and sit in them for healing and enlightenment. 
 
An Enhydro is a rare type of quartz or mineral that traps a pocket of ancient liquid,  sometimes millions of years old, you find this typically more in skeletal quartz. It is marked by an arrow in the photpgraph.
