Skeletal quartz is a favourite of mine, as it grows in layers and forms windows into the crystal. You can take your energy into these windows and sit in them for healing and enlightenment. This piece has such a clear and vibrant energy, When I held it I saw a sun appear in its core and it radiated a soft, warm, regal light.
