A new beginning, cycles of change, talisman for change and feminine growth
 
I selected these hearts because each holds either black tourmaline, smoke quartz or Aquamarine inclusions, and I love the added depth that gives them.  They speak a lot about the goddess energies connecting through them,  the norse goddess Freyja and Diana goddess of the hunt and the moon can be felt strongly with these particular crystals.   
 
I have been connecting with moonstone a lot over these past few months, holding some close, as my hormones change and fluctuate I find this is the best support and my greatest ally to rebalance my hormones and energy whilst holding love and grace for myself.  It is a wonderful stone for supporting peri menopause/menopause. 
 
She’s a gentle, nurturing energy that speaks in a soft whisper and when she talks you listen. A wise woman energy that wishes to help you move through boundaries and barriers you have placed around you higher heart, heart and crown, she is particularly interested in this connection, how can she assist you to bring downloads and higher vibrational energies down, to support change.  Establishing new pathways of energy through your feminine left side, to help you shift and move towards change gracefully.

The very way she was formed in the earth supports this feeling of ‘unlocking your light through layers’. When moonstone cools in the earth, the minerals within her structure separate into stacked alternate layers, when light shines through them, it scatters in many directions, producing the phenomenon called adularescence, giving it this iridescent hue and radiance.  Light through each layer.
