*This crystal shape is very symbolic, a Merkaba is the divine light vehicle said to be used by ascended masters to connect and reach those in tune with the higher realms. "Mer" means Light. "Ka" means Spirit. "Ba" means Body.
At this time many crystalline merkaba's are ascending and descending into the earths grids to support higher frequencies, and working with this sacred shape enhances and focuses earth work meditations and grids.
*My favourite way to work with this stone is to hold it in front of you, gaze at it, breathing and grounding with its pure energy. Visualize the merkaba expanding/growing in front of you, encasing you in a crystalline chamber. Sit inside her as you breathe in her energy she will start to spin around you, offering you a pure frequency of love that surrounds your whole body infusing every organ, every cell and atom, and breathe it all in.

Rose quartz energy is felt in soft gentle waves that gravitate towards your heart chakra. She will soften any sharp energes within your heart, the places you have been hurt in relationships. She will nurture you like a mother, guiding you back home to your heart to your fire within. Rose quartz is a stone of the goddess and Mary Magdalenes lessons of love.
*The stone of unconditional love, teaching you to love yourself, and to learn to accept the right love in. It holds the pink Ray, which is the 2nd ray of Love. You can work with it's pink glow by placing it on your heart, allowing and welcoming it's pink beam of love to flow into your heart and up to your higher heart where it will radiate, ripple through your heart and touch all that needs it.
*Rose Quartz is heart activating, it stimulates and open's the heart to love in all of its forms. We often struggle with themes of feeling 'unworthy' , unworthy of love and care, when really it's what we crave, that connection and Rose quartz help you learn to identify those places you feel unworthy so that you can be more aware of your deeper feelings to be able to release them.
